Dressing for the Weather

Well, the weather is certainly changing.  You can tell Fall is just about ready to make its appearance permanently…we’ve just been getting little previews thus far.  That being said, it can be a challenging time for ‘weather appropriate’ clothing.  So, layers are your best friend during this questionable, unpredictable weather since most likely, it’s warm during the day (still freezing cold with the AC anywhere you go indoors) and pretty chilly at night.

Here I paired cut off shorts with a ‘Tiffany Blue’ tee (Target) and Navy/Ivory cardigan (Old Navy).

Bangles from World Market, bag is Brahmin, necklace from Tiffany’s (appropriately).

I absolutely love this color combo.  ‘Tiffany Blue’ with navy, and accents of brown.

Pre-Season Shoes, Part 2

Sorry for the delay in posts!! It’s been a verrrrry busy few months, but hopefully soon I’ll get back to a more regular routine.  But for now, here’s another outfit with those awesome, buttery soft, blush colored leather oxfords.

worn with Old Navy shorts-such a great color, they go with everything. H&M button down, Grandpa’s Army medallion belt.

Jewelry: donut necklace made by me, Grandma’s jade beads, bangle from a second hand store, faux Tortoise Shell watch from Target.
